1.Products

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to stock availability.

2.Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice. Available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), are displayed at checkout.

3.Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4.Replacement Policy 

  1. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be kept in good condition.
  3. Approved replacements are usually processed within 48 hours.
  4. We charge no restocking fee.
  5. Courier charges and COD charges (up to 4% of the order value) may apply.
  6. If you receive a damaged or defective item, Zikr Essentials will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement.

5.Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6.Privacy

Customer information is used only for order processing, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
