Our Refund Policy
At Zikr Essentials, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Replacement Window:
Replacement requests can be made only within 7 days of delivery.
Product Condition:
The product must be kept in it's real condition.
Processing Time:
Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days.
Replacement Charges:
We do not charge any restocking fee. However, courier charges and applicable COD charges (up to 4% as per government policy) will be deducted.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, we take full responsibility and will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
